This Track and Trace Tool allows you to check the status and the estimated delivery date of your Shipped orders. These are packages that have been dispatched from Lazada sorting center to our couriers’ delivery hubs.
Packages that are in ‘In Transit’ status (on their way or currently at sorting center) cannot be tracked using this tool. You can check their status at your Seller Center.
If your order is shipped by a third-party logistics partner (Entrego, JRMT, LBC, Ninja Van, QuadX, XDE), you’ll be able to click on the Track and Trace link to check the real-time status.

There is no result for the seller ID you entered due to:
(1) Incorrect seller ID,
(2) Seller ID is for crossborder seller, or
(3) Your item/s is still in 'In Transit' status, already delivered to customer, or cancelled due to Failed Delivery.
Click here to monitor Failed Delivery orders that are being returned to seller. Or, verify your order status in Orders Overview page by searching your order number and click "Check Logistics".
