The Order Verification Checker helps you to manage your orders through the Buyer Profile Verification and Buyer-initiated Cancellation Request.

1. Buyer Profile Verification
Verify the customer details of your pending orders and see their Failed Delivery record to help you decide if you would like to continue fulfilling the order.

The information you will see includes:

1. Number of Buyer-fault Failed Deliveries in the past 6 months
2. Buyer's current account status with Lazada

Enter Customer ID below to get started.
(Copy the number exactly as it appears in your Seller Center. Go to Orders > Click on the Order No. to see the Customer ID in the Order Details).

There is no result for the Customer ID you entered due to either:
(1) Incorrect Customer ID, or
(2) Buyer is having low FD rate

2. Buyer-initiated Cancellation Request
Cancel an order for your buyer in case the item is already in Ready To Ship Status.

If you agree with the request of the buyer to cancel, you may request to have the order cancelled through this FORM by providing the following information:

1. 15-digit Order Number
2. Your Seller ID (ex. PH00001)
3. Proof of the Buyer's Cancellation Request (screenshot of the request)
