You can improve your OVL by ensuring that your stock levels and prices are accurate to prevent cancellation.



Once your cancellation rate has improved, your OVL will reset to the default OVL of 10,000 or 150 the following day.



Kapag na-improve mo na ang iyong cancellation rate, ang OVL ay mag re-reset sa default na OVL na 10,000 or 150 sa susunod na araw.



To maintain a default OVL of 10,000 or 150, make sure to:

  1. Avoid placing virtual stocks on Seller Center - only place actual stock count that is available on hand to avoid any cancellations.
  2. Set an order's status to RTS once an order has been packed and ready to be picked up or dropped off.

New individual sellers are required to be part of COOP (Online Micro Sellers Marketing Cooperative (OMSMC)) to sell in Lazada. If you have incomplete COOP requirements, please make sure to submit all the requirements below to the COOP in order to lift your OVL. Once your submission has been completed and verified, your OVL will be lifted in the next 7 business days.
