The OVL (Order Volume Limit) is the maximum number of orders your shop can receive in a day. All sellers have a default OVL of 10,000. New sellers who are live for less than 90 days have an OVL of 150.
This limit is set by Lazada depending on your fulfillment performance and the value is refreshed every Monday. The OVL will be reduced when you have a high cancellation rate or when you failed to comply with our requirements or policies.
This OVL Checker allows you to see your shop's OVL for the day including the actions you may need to do (if any) to lift/remove the limit.

You can improve your OVL by ensuring that your stock levels and prices are accurate to prevent cancellation.

- Mag set ng order status sa RTS kapag ang order ay nai-pack na at handa nang ma-pick up o i-drop off.

New individual sellers are required to be part of COOP (Online Micro Sellers Marketing Cooperative (OMSMC)) to sell in Lazada. If you have incomplete COOP requirements, please make sure to submit all the requirements below to the COOP in order to lift your OVL. Once your submission has been completed and verified, your OVL will be lifted in the next 7 business days.
